I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company
Domestic taxes
8.875% will be added to purchases within New York, including layaway plans.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I understand that customs fees can be very expensive, but besides the fact that lying would void my insurance, it's also illegal, so I cannot put false information on forms. The good news is that in some countries, antiques are exempt :)
My package was lost or damaged
I send every package USPS with tracking and insurance. In the event that USPS tracking shows that the package is lost or the package arrives damaged, I will initiate a claim. If USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered, please check with your housemates and neighbors. All packages over $1000 or sent to apartments, offices, hotels and stores will come with signature confirmation. Please inspect your package before signing as once an item is signed for the insurance is terminated.
Unfortunately delivered items gone missing need to be dealt with by your local police as property theft.
