    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders, including sizing and engraving services

      Conditions of return

      Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value or the return may be denied.

       

      What can I do if there is an issue with an item received?

      Please contact me immediately as I generally guarantee items up to 90 days and will repair at no cost. I cannot pay for jewelers outside of my shop to do work, and once an item has been worked on by a jeweler outside of the shop, warranty is essentially voided.
